Data Holdings

This catalogue is intended as a comprehensive guide to the data holdings of the Social Science Data Archives (ANU), as well as a reference tool for locating data sets of interest. The catalogue is divided into four sections:

Australian Studies - contains descriptions of data sets from Australian and New Zealand studies that have been deposited with the SSDA.

Opinion Polls - contains questions and frequency distributions from opinion polls held by the SSDA.

Historical Census Data, 1966- - contains descriptions of the Australian Census of Population and Housing data held by the SSDA, which currently include data files from the 1966, 1971, 1976, 1981, 1986 and 1991 Censuses.

CURFs - contains information on the Confidentialised Unit Record Files.

Other Data Archives - contains links to overseas data archives and other sources of social science data.
